These yarns have been produced by a group of artisans in Santiago, Chile who are dedicated
to yarn dyeing for weaving and knitting.
Nora Bierschwale and her daughter Michelle Boisier joined their talents and experience to create this unique company.
They had a lot of inspiration from their natural surroundings and environment for the colours they chose.
This traditional hand craft process ensures that each hank is different, each is individual. It is a unique art of hand
dying passed down through the generations.
Jane Ellison has joined with them to produce a book of some 36 items to be made with the Araucania range of wool's and colours.
The book is in stock at £6.95
